I want my photographs to show future generations the world we knew—and what was worth protecting.

About

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I’m a photographer with a particular passion for wildlife. My work also spans adventure, landscape and portrait photography, exploring people, places and the natural world. Through my photography, I share the world as I see it and hope to bring attention to causes that I care about.

My passion began during volunteer deployments supporting the United Nations, where I worked as a telecommunications engineer restoring communications for affected communities and relief teams. Seeing the suffering the communities were going through and the impact on their everyday lives made me realise how important it was for those experiences to be seen and understood beyond those directly affected. As a telecommunications engineer, I understood how vital communication was to relief efforts. Those deployments also showed me that photography could play an equally important role—documenting the harsh realities people faced, raising awareness and helping bring support to those who needed it.

I wanted my images to help tell those stories. The challenge of conveying what I witnessed with the clarity and impact it deserved drove me to develop my skills. I’m now a telecommunications program director, and those experiences continue to shape the care and purpose I bring to my work.

Today, I photograph a wide range of subjects, drawn by curiosity and a desire to share what I encounter. My ambition is to capture the world as it is today, so future generations can see what was here, how we lived, and what we stood to lose.
